We
produce a quote and a document outlining the project as
understood by us and specifying exactly what the quote
includes. |
| 2. |
|
The quote is accepted
(Or discussion is undertaken until an agreement is reached…) |
| 3. |
|
An
invoice is issued for half of the price agreed and a
request for all related files and material. |
| 4. |
|
Invoice
is paid within seven days and all related files and material
submitted. |
| 5. |
|
Work
commences on payment of invoice and receipt of relevant
files. |
| 6. |
|
Work in progress will be placed online at
various points during the project where you can review it
and make comments. There are a couple of important points
to make here: |
|
> |
It is essential that
the people who will be making the final decisions also
make comments at this stage – once
designs are approved, changes later are possible but can
be time consuming and consequently quite expensive. Although
it seems obvious it can save a lot of time and heartache. |
|
> |
As this process is different
for each project type, in the quote document we specify
the number of times that this review process will occur.
We base our work on the information you give us, but don’t
worry if you decide to change direction mid-project, that
is no problem, we are flexible and can prepare another
quote covering the additional work involved. |
| 7. |
|
At a mid way point (specified in the
quote) an invoice will be issued for a quarter of the total
quote. (This applies only to jobs with a quote over €1500) |
| 8. |
|
When
all parties are happy with the finished project a final
invoice will be sent . |
| 9. |
|
On
payment of the invoice (within seven days) all files
and related material will be transferred to you. |
